We want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchases, if you are not happy for any reason, email your request to cs@haitiandisplay.comand return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for any lost return package, and will not process any refund if we do not receive the return package.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
